To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. Please note that certain products, such as personal care items, used or damaged products, electronic accessories with broken seals, and items marked as “Final Sale,” cannot be returned.To start a return, simply email us and within 5 days of delivery, providing your order number, product details, and the reason for return. Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the process for product pickup or drop-off. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
